Who we are

Merechelle Migration was founded by two Fijian women with a shared passion for service and a deep understanding of the challenges faced by migrants. Our story began when we met while pursuing our legal careers—driven, ambitious, and committed to making a difference.

Though our initial path in legal practice took an unexpected turn, it led us to something even more meaningful: the creation of Merechelle Migration. 

Named as a union of our names—Mere and Michelle—Merechelle Migration is built on resilience, shared values, and a vision to empower others through migration support. With our combined legal expertise and lived experience, we understand not only the technical aspects of immigration but also the emotional journey it entails. 

We are a people-focused firm. We know the courage it takes to leave behind what is familiar and start a new life in a new country. That’s why we’re committed to walking alongside our clients every step of the way—with integrity, empathy, and unwavering support.

ProfileMy name is Julia Palacci and I’m a professional model, actress, and director. I love bringing life to creative ideas and projects of all sorts.
